We need your pictures, and articles, you don't need to know HTML or other computer skills, submit your articles via email and we will post it here! As long as you know how to e-mail we can handle the rest..

Our goal is to get information out as easily as possible

Also you will get full credit with your name on the article just like you would in a magazine.

Please submit your pictures for picture of the month. We also plan on a photo gallery to make you and friends famous...well almost famous :)

We are needing a team of gauge checkers to help give us accurate readings for the flowpage. It's close but we want perfect. Please check out the Wood Report/River Level  section. Titled: River Levels

This is the first rapid you will come to after Rainbow Falls.

    Typical trash rapid
    Early Drop.

Look at the pictures below to get a better idea of the landing.

Water pours over the tan colored rock serving as a horizon line in this picture

    Fairylandesque

This is the landing of the drop shown above

We eddy hopped until here. Scouted the slot shown here and were able to run it. It turns to the right as you can see the wall doing in front of it.

    Superman

This is what you'll be seeing if you are in the correct location on the lip of Superman

This is what you'll be seeing if you are too far left on Superman

Don't get pinned on your back deck going under this undercut other wise you'll look like: Click Here

    Small Class III after Superman

Eventually the action will let up and level out before dropping again and not letting up till reaching the Tennessee River

Notice as you are looking down this stretch you'll see a big sloping boulder at the end. There's another picture of it below.
I'm pretty sure this is the same boulder, from here on out, scout every horizon line for wood or lines ending in sieves. There are doable lines on nearly every rapid except a couple.

Shoot Me In The Face With A 0.09 mm

Both of the above pictures are the entrance into Shoot me in the face with a 9

There's actually another entrance drop just before you get here. I don't have a photo of it but it's featured during my(Ben's) segment of Local Hero. It's the shot where the blue/black gradient goes over the pour-over going straight at the wall but charging left you can catch an eddy just before going here, to this hole.

This is the exit of Shoot Me In The Face With A 9. A cheat exists that dumps in from the river right side just in front of the log. Below is a picture of it. I run the cheat in Local Hero. Walled out landing...

The pour-over comes from between these rocks and falls into the crack I'm standing looking up from.

    The Gate

To the left is a rarity on most area creeks.

This is one mandatory portage on the run. Not mentioning where it is, because I don't remember exactly...
