Overview:

This section is beautiful, with lot's of flatwater, the becomes to be an overnighter for a canoe trip.
There is no major access points for 20 miles. It's enclosed in the Wild and Scenic River section of Obed.
This section can be run at low levels, especially if taking a canoe for camping. Class I abounds here with
the occasional Class II EASY rapids, with some portage able Class III rapids if you have a fully loaded canoe.

The Creek:

The first section is pretty benign and for the last section for a about 2 1/2 miles, and then it picks up
the pace and its true gradient starts to show For the most part the entire run is Class II. This run can be
had a very high water. If run at high levels, the Nanty boater needs to stay home due to flushing manner of
the creek. Once you meet the Obed, its a straight shot to the car.
