Looks better than I was expecting, so what's the problem....
Parking problem solved, we can park anywhere... at any drop... talk about park-n-play. Raft's can put in where they use to, and quit taking up the only eddy. Nature just hardened the river right roadbed, which always was a threat to wash away at high water. No more out of control death-wish Peterbilts. What a user friendly, fat-arse tourist drawing - nature-walk/hiking-trail. Just what trout-unlimited been wanting - more trout habitat.... where are they - when you really need'em. Virtually eliminated the only challenge to keeping Nanty boaters off the river, so there's no reason for them to continue north on Hwy64. Which also should lessen the overuse on the Nantahala, so it might just become pleasurable again. Finally something natural in the Ocoee river bed. Plus right there is another Slalom course -one just laying there, one that would be cheaper to make - than to remove. Or better yet - a rodeo hole that'd blow the socks off anything in Charlotte - and be practically free to make, and use.
